SITXFSA005 Use hygienic practices for food safety, is a prerequisite for this program. You will need to provide evidence of this before starting the training.

This course follows a blended learning approach, combining face-to-face practical sessions held at the Di Pacci Coffee Company, located in Roselands/ Sydney with online theory assessments to be completed before the in-person training.
