I bought this machine more than a year ago and held off writing a review to ensure some level of consistency and quality were achieved first. I use this machine every morning to make myself and wife a coffee (usually a flat white but sometimes ill have an espresso). PID temp control is good on both the brew and steam temp, easy to use and set up, steam flow is strong. Warm up times are good but if you are time short for time in the mornings use a smart power socket and set it up to allow enough time (15 mins) for the group head to properly warm prior to use. I have had no issues with the build quality or any faults with the machine. Dipacci were great to buy from and had a great level of customer service, The machine arrived in the wrong colour when I bought the machine so I took it into the local Perth office and they didn't have my colour in stock so it had to be bought in from east but the company rep gave me a machine from the show room to use until my machine came in also threw in a tamper coffee for my troubles.

Using the basket has enabled more flavour to be extracted compared to the stock basket. It's a great purchase to improve your coffee.

I recently purchased a new machine from DiPacci, I spoke to Damien and he couldn't have been more helpful, even threw in some extra's that I wasn't expecting. I had the machine the very next day....I was amazed at the speed of delivery. 10 out of 10 DiPacci Coffee!
