Shipment Processing Time

  • Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2pm AEST on business days
  • All orders are processed within 1 business day of receipt
  • Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday 2pm AEST through Sunday, or on public holidays
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days
  • If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping or delivery time depends on the third-party courier companies, as we do not have control over the parcel once it has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on courier schedules, postcode, and remote-area access. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and Regional Addresses

Di Pacci Coffee Company ships to addresses within Australia (AU), New Zealand (NZ), and regional addresses. Some bulky items (e.g. commercial coffee machines) may require a physical street address for freight delivery — we will contact you if a P.O. Box address cannot be used for your order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use it on the courier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship internationally with our courier partner DHL for international deliveries, and we use courier partner TNT for New Zealand shipping. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply in the destination country.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognised as a valid address by Australia Post. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Di Pacci Coffee Company will not be held responsible if the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you did not receive your order but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. In the case of suspected theft, the matter may also be reported to the relevant authorities. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to be finalised.
