I bought a cheaper jug from another retailer before this one. Wish I just got this one at the start instead. Comfortable to hold and pour latte art.

I was looking for a manual high quality coffee machine to replace my Jura.
The ECM Technika V certainly did not disappoint. Very happy with this very well made machine.

This is a very solid jug, with a nice shape and flared edges. Feels nice in the had, and whilst I do not do latte art, I can see that the smooth pour would be helpful.

I had a faulty unit that was replaced next day. Thank you for your excellent service.

3 weeks into using my Bellaza Bellona which was a gift for my 40th I couldn't be happier, working in the construction industry with early start times the quick heat up time has made early morning starts super easy allowing me to make a couple of coffees within 10 minutes of turning the machine on before I head to work. Thge PID controls are very easy to operate and change settings when you change bean styles. Great steam pressure and the solenoid on/off function means you can go from zero steam to the pressure you need to texture milk pretty much straight away. Build quality seems really good and it looks like it will withstand the test of time. Dipacci have also been very helpful when dialing in the grinder that was also purchased from them so the customer service they provide is great. I'd recommend them to anyone looking at buying a quality espresso machine.

Although the price seems rather steep at first once I had the Ecm knockout box in my hands I must say I’m really impressed with the build quality and how well it ties in with my Ecm grinder and machine. The drawer is stainless steel with polished mirror effect and weighs at least 1kg. The knockout drawer also helps to keep Excess mess at a minimum with its large opening for knocking out pucks and is also rather easy to clean out.

The Classika was an upgrade from my now 12 year old Silvia, & while the Silvia is a good machine the ECM Classika takes the art of espresso to another level. It’s got very good heat stability & the look & feel is top notch. I purchased online with Dipacci which was simply & delivery quick. 5 stars!

Ordered coffee grind but received beans from Sydney and honestly the service to change it over was amazing by Di Pacci Melbourne Brunswick store ! Came and delivered coffee to my door in the early morning in time for me to make one before work really great customer service and coffee was great too !
