Bellezza was founded in 2017 with a singular focus on building the most beautifully engineered home espresso machines in the world. Every Bellezza machine body is CNC-milled from the highest grade 301/304 stainless steel using German precision engineering, then individually welded, ground, and hand-polished before assembly. The internal components — boilers, pumps, solenoids, group heads — are all Italian-sourced commercial-grade parts. Every machine is hand-assembled, not machine-built. The result is a machine that performs at commercial levels, is built to last decades, and looks unlike anything else in your kitchen.

Both the Bellona and Francesca are dual boiler machines with dual PIDs, insulated boilers, dual pressure gauges, and the full Bellezza hand-assembled construction. The key differences are: the Francesca features a larger 1L brew boiler (vs 500ml in the Bellona), Bellezza's proprietary fast heat-up system that brings the brew group to temperature in as little as 12 minutes, a programmable ECO mode, and PID shot timer control. The Bellona is the more compact and slightly more accessible dual boiler; the Francesca is Bellezza's flagship home machine — for the home barista who wants no compromises at all. The external glass water tank is one of Bellezza's most recognised design signatures — and it serves a genuine functional purpose beyond aesthetics. By positioning the water tank externally and making it from glass, Bellezza achieves two things: first, the water is fully insulated from the machine's heat sources, maintaining absolute temperature stability for the incoming water; second, you can see the water level and water quality at a glance without removing anything from your bench setup. Most home machines hide the water tank inside the body — Bellezza makes it part of the design and part of the performance equation.
