Where are Di Pacci's coffee machine showrooms located?

Di Pacci has five Australian showrooms: Sydney (97–99 Chapel St, Roselands NSW — our head office and roastery), Melbourne (272 High St, Thomastown VIC), Queensland (Unit 9/62 Johnston St, Southport QLD), Perth (Unit 1/7 Douglas St, West Perth WA), and Port Macquarie (Unit 8/19 Central Rd, NSW).

All five are physical showrooms you can walk into. You're welcome to see and try machines and grinders before you buy.

Does Di Pacci have a Brisbane store?

No. Our Queensland showroom is in Southport on the Gold Coast, at Unit 9/62 Johnston St, Southport QLD 4215 — not Brisbane. It's around an hour's drive south of the Brisbane CBD.

Brisbane customers are very welcome to visit the Southport showroom, or we ship Australia-wide with free delivery on orders over $200.

Can I try a coffee machine before I buy it?

Yes. Every Di Pacci showroom is set up so you can see machines and grinders running, taste the coffee they produce, and talk through the options with someone who uses this equipment every day.

Does Di Pacci service and repair coffee machines?

Yes. Di Pacci runs an in-house service workshop and provides on-site servicing and repairs across all five states where we operate — New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the NSW Mid North Coast.

Does Di Pacci offer barista training?

Yes. Di Pacci is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45805), which means we're accredited by the Australian Skills Quality Authority to deliver nationally recognised barista training.

Our courses cover espresso extraction, grinder dialling-in, milk texturing and latte art, machine care, and workflow — taught on commercial equipment by working baristas. Call us to discuss course dates and availability.

Does Di Pacci roast its own coffee beans?

Yes. We roast in-house at our Roselands roastery in Sydney, and supply our own coffee beans to cafés, offices and home customers across Australia. Roasting on site means we control freshness and can roast to order.

Does Di Pacci supply cafés and businesses?

Yes. Alongside home espresso equipment, we supply commercial coffee machines, commercial grinders, café consumables and coffee beans to cafés, restaurants, offices and other businesses Australia-wide.

Does Di Pacci ship Australia-wide, and how much does it cost?

Yes, we ship right across Australia. Shipping is free on orders over $200, and standard shipping is $14.95. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

What warranty comes with a Di Pacci coffee machine?

New coffee machines and grinders come with a 1-year Di Pacci warranty. Pre-owned equipment comes with a 3-month parts warranty. Every machine is supplied with a serial number.

How long has Di Pacci been in business?

Di Pacci Coffee Co. has been trading since 2010. We're Australian owned, operate five showrooms plus an in-house roastery and service workshop, and also run stores in New Zealand, Singapore, the United States and the United Kingdom.
