Shipping & Orders

Yes. Di Pacci offers free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200, including coffee machines and grinders. All coffee beans ship free regardless of order value. Orders under $200 have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and item size.
Di Pacci offers same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) on business days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Yes, Di Pacci ships worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. We also have dedicated stores in New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, and the USA — you may find faster, cheaper shipping through your local Di Pacci store. Email support@dipacci.com.au for an international shipping quote.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery through the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 1 business day of ordering, contact support@dipacci.com.au.

Coffee Machines & Products

Yes. Di Pacci stocks a large range of pre-owned home and commercial coffee machines and grinders. Every pre-owned machine is inspected, serviced, and supplied with a serial number, and carries a 3-month parts warranty. It's a great way to get a premium machine at a reduced price. Yes. All new coffee machines and grinders come with a 1-year Di Pacci warranty and a serial number. Pre-owned machines carry a 3-month parts warranty. Full warranty terms are listed on each product page's Warranty tab, or contact us for details on a specific machine.

Finance & Payment

Yes. Di Pacci offers flexible finance options so you can spread the cost of your machine, available on both home and commercial equipment. Visit the Finance Options page for details and to apply.
Di Pacci accepts all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer, plus Afterpay and Zip. Finance is available through our finance partners. For large commercial orders, contact us to discuss payment arrangements.
Yes. Di Pacci offers Afterpay and Zip at checkout, so you can spread the cost of your coffee machine, grinder or accessories into interest-free instalments. Both are available on eligible online orders — just select Afterpay or Zip as your payment method at checkout.

Yes. As Registered Training Organisation #45805, Di Pacci delivers nationally recognised training including the Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee unit and Food Safety Supervisor certification, recognised across Australia. Learn more here.
No experience is required. Di Pacci's barista courses cater to complete beginners through to working café professionals — from learning the basics of espresso extraction and milk texturing to advanced latte art and workflow. Trainers tailor each session to your skill level.

Yes. Di Pacci roasts to order at its Sydney roastery, so your beans are dispatched fresh rather than sitting in a warehouse for months. Beans are available as whole bean or ground, in 250g, 500g, 1kg and bulk 4kg packs to suit home baristas, cafés and offices.
