Shipping & Orders

Yes! We offer FREE shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200, including coffee machines and grinders. Orders under $200 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item.
We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) on business days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. We also have dedicated stores in New Zealand, Singapore, the UK, and the USA — you may find faster and cheaper shipping through your local Di Pacci store. Please contact us at support@dipacci.com.au for international shipping quotes.
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your delivery through our courier's website. If you haven't received your tracking details within 1 business day of ordering, please contact us at support@dipacci.com.au.
Yes! We have physical showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne, Port Macquarie, Brisbane, and Perth. You can visit us in-store to browse and purchase, or arrange click & collect on online orders. Contact us to confirm availability before visiting.

Coffee Machines & Products

Home coffee machines are designed for low-volume use (typically 1–20 cups per day) and are built for personal or family use. Commercial coffee machines are built to handle high-volume output (50–500+ cups per day) and are designed for cafés, offices, and hospitality environments. Yes! We stock a large range of certified pre-owned home and commercial coffee machines and grinders. All pre-owned machines are inspected, serviced, and come with a serial number. They're a great way to get a premium machine at a reduced price. Browse our pre-owned collection here.
Yes. All new coffee machines and grinders come with a manufacturer's warranty and a serial number. Warranty terms vary by brand and model. Pre-owned machines also come with a warranty — please check the individual product listing or contact us for details on specific machines.
Yes! Di Pacci offers custom commercial coffee machines — perfect for cafés and businesses wanting a branded or bespoke machine. We also offer coffee machine customisation accessories. Contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Finance & Payment

Yes! Di Pacci offers flexible finance options so you can get the machine you want without paying everything upfront. This is available for both home and commercial equipment. Visit our Finance Options page for details and to apply.
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and bank transfer. Finance options are also available through our finance partners. For large commercial orders, please contact us directly to discuss payment arrangements.
