Where it all started. The Bellezza brand was founded with the development of the Inizio in 2017. It is our pride and joy and this can be seen in every hand-assembled machine. The German CNC milling machine has shown its perfection openly. Each individual edge is subsequently welded and polished by hand. The highest quality materials and parts from Italy are used.

Belleza Inizio R (Display Floor Stock)

Our purchase experience with DiPacci was first class.
The staff were very helpful and were able to answer all our questions when we called. 48 hours later our new machine arrived which was quite extraordinary during the holiday season.
As we unpacked it all our concerns about purchasing floor stock were gone, everything was there and the machine had clearly never been used.
We are still learning how to get the most out of the Inizio as it is so different from our previous machine. The programmable pre-infusion works well and the espresso tastes so much better that it is hard to believe we are using the same coffee.
The steam power is incredible and after some experimenting with the different nozzles that were supplied with the machine we are now getting silky smooth milk and have even managed to fluke some Latte art.
Overall we are very happy, the Inizio looks like it is built to last and is good value for money when compared to similar machines.

Delivered as promised !

I purchased the Bellezza inizio R online, I spoke with Damien and got further advice, made my decision and took the plunge. I was a little nervous about committing to a major purchase online. But all went like clockwork , delivery guy rang to confirm best place to leave parcel , which was very safely protected and it even came on its own mini wooden crate !! Very satisfied and impressed

Quality machine

The Bellezza Inizio R is a stylish, well built coffee machine. In use the machine is extremely quiet. A short heat up time ensures you can get to the business of pulling that perfect shot so much quicker than many similar machines on offer.
It looks great on the kitchen bench. It’s solid in use and I feel sure it will give great service for many years to come.
This is the first machine of this calibre that I have owned and I am very happy with my purchase.

Inizio R Leva is a very nice machine - makes a consistent espresso and strong steam performance for latte.

Would benefit from low water detection or a gauge to show water level.

Built like a tank
Leva’s are a bit tighter than expected but may loosen with use.
as a HX machine just need to remember to do shot then milk
It is quite tall which is great if you prefer mugs to cups
Rotary pump is very quiet and plumbable so worth the extra $$
Di Pacci answered my questions and delivered promptly and even though it was floor stock display it was packaged like new.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date.
