Dalla Corte was founded in 2001 in Milan by Paolo, Elsa and Bruno Dalla Corte — Bruno having begun his career at La Cimbali in 1947, accumulating over five decades of espresso machine engineering before the family established their own company. Dalla Corte holds the distinction of being the world's first manufacturer to introduce multi-boiler technology in espresso machines — a revolutionary approach where every brewing group has its own completely independent boiler rather than drawing from a shared central boiler.
