Learn the essential coffee making skills for working in cafes, bars, and restaurants while debunking common myths. Domenic, a seasoned and dynamic trainer, will guide you through an engaging program covering the history of coffee making, various types of coffee beans, grinding techniques, extraction methods, milk texturing, coffee styles, and the operation of commercial coffee machines.
Please be note that completing the SITXFSA005 course on hygienic food safety practices is a prerequisite for this program. You will need to provide evidence of this before starting the training.
This course follows a blended learning approach, combining face-to-face practical sessions held at the Barista Training Academy, located in Roselands/ Sydney with online theory assessments to be completed before the in-person training.
