Questions
How often should I service my coffee machine?
Commercial machines used in cafés should be serviced every 3–6 months depending on volume. Home machines should have a full service once a year, or as recommended by the manufacturer.
Do you service all coffee machine brands?
We service all major brands we sell, plus many others. However, we do not service: Jura, Gaggia (manual models), Saeco, Miele, Sunbeam, Breville, De Longhi, Krups, Illy, Nespresso, or Titanium. If you're unsure, call us first.
Do I need to make a booking?
If you're bringing your machine to our Roselands showroom, no booking is needed — just drop it off whenever suits you. If you need us to come to your location, please call us to arrange a suitable time.
How much does a coffee machine repair cost?
Our labour rate is $150 per hour (including GST), plus the cost of any parts required. For workshop repairs, we ask for the first 60 minutes upfront ($150). On-site service incurs a $150 call-out fee plus travel costs.
How long does a repair take?
Standard workshop turnaround is approximately 7–10 business days from assessment. For urgent repairs, our Priority Service ($100) places your machine first in the queue.
Can you repair coffee grinders?
Yes. We provide full grinder repairs including burr replacement, calibration, motor servicing and general maintenance for both commercial and domestic grinders. The same hourly rate applies.
