Q: How often should I service my coffee machine?
A: Commercial machines: every 3–6 months. Home machines: once a year or as recommended by the manufacturer.

Q: Do you service all coffee machine brands?
A: Yes, our technicians are experienced with all major commercial and home espresso machine brands.

Q: Can you repair coffee grinders?
A: Absolutely. We provide burr replacement, calibration, and full grinder repairs.

Q: How long does a typical repair take?
A: Minor repairs are often same-day, while complex repairs may take a few days depending on parts availability.

Q: Do you offer preventative maintenance programs?
A: Yes, we offer tailored maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.

A:We are located at 97-99 Chapel Street, Roselands in Sydney.

Q: Do I need to make a booking?
A:For servicing at our showroom (You bring your machine to us), there is no need to make a booking and you can just drop your machine off to us whenever is convenient for you.

For servicing at your location (Cafe, restaurant etc..) you will need to make a booking so it is best to call us to arrange a time.

Q: How much does servicing cost?
A:We charge $137.50(Inc. GST) per hour for labour and then parts ON TOP of this amount. Any servicing that requires us to come to your location will also incur a service call fee ($137.50) and possibly travel costs (Depending on distance).

For servicing/repair at our showroom we require the first 60 minutes to be paid for upfront ($137.50) In this time we will diagnose as best we can  and let you know how much the rest of the service is likely to cost and give you a quote.

Q: How long does servicing take?
A:There is no set time for how long servicing can take so please be prepared to leave your machine with us. It depends on what sort of work needs to be done and if the parts are available right away.

Q: What machines do we service?
A:We service all of the brands of machines we sell and more. If we do not sell the brand of machine you have we still might be able to service it so best to contact us before bringing it in.

** If machine is not picked up after 7 days of completion of work Storage Fee of $49.00 per day for commercial and $19.00 per day for domestic machine will be applied. **
We do not service these brands: Jura, Gaggia,tanium, Saeco, Miele, Sunbeam, Breville, De Longhi, Krups, Illy, Nespresso, All Gaggia manual models
