Q: Do I need to make a booking?
A: If you bring your machine to our showroom, you don’t need to book ahead. Just drop it off whenever it suits you.

If you need us to service your machine at your location, like a cafe or restaurant, please call us to book a time.

Q: How much doA: Our labour rate is $137.50 per hour (including GST), plus the cost of any parts. If we come to your location, there’s a service call fee of $137.50 and possible travel costs, depending on how far we travel.ending on distance).

For repairs at our showroom, we ask you to pay for the first 60 minutes upfront ($137.50). During this time, we’ll diagnose the problem and give you a quote for any further work.

Q: How long does servicing take?
A:There is no set time for how long servicing can take so please be prepared to leave your machine with us. It depends on what sort of work needs to be done and if the parts are available right away.

Q: What machines do we service?
A:We service all of the brands of machines we sell and more. If we do not sell the brand of machine you have we still might be able to service it so best to contact us before bringing it in.

** If machine is not picked up after 7 days of completion of work Storage Fee of $49.00 per day for commercial and $19.00 per day for domestic machine will be applied. **
