The Smart X Series

Precision from bean to cup. The Constant Particle Size (CPS) ceramic burr grinder, driven by a quiet BLDC motor, maintains thermal consistency during extended service and keeps particle size variation below 40 μm. A built-in high-precision scale weighs the coffee in real time to within ±0.2g, replacing time- or volume-based dosing for consistent brew balance throughout the day. 

A perfectly even coffee bed. The Vertical Vibrating Distribution (VVD) system replicates a barista's expert tap on the portafilter, using vertical vibrations to level the coffee bed, prevent channeling, and guarantee stable extraction with every shot. 

Self-correcting quality control. The standout innovation is the Closed-Loop System (CLS). This fully automated quality-control feature adjusts the grind setting after each brew based on extraction time, weight, and liquid volume — meaning the machine continuously fine-tunes itself the way an attentive barista would, cup after cup. 

Milk mastery. SuperMix frothing technology accelerates the fusion of air and milk proteins through a swirling motion followed by high-pressure steam infusion, producing dense, high-quality microfoam that works with both dairy and plant-based milks — and can even produce cold foam for iced drinks.

The collection spans configurations for different environments. The Office Edition prioritizes user-friendly operation and high hourly output for busy workplaces, while the Barista Edition offers greater flexibility in milk delivery for café-quality service. Models like the Smart X B2CS and B2CM2SY add options such as CayeSteam and CayeFoam+, with automatic steam-wand frothing, direct AutoMilk delivery into the cup, and support for a second built-in milk type. At full capacity, a Smart X can deliver up to 150 cups of cappuccino per hour.
