so I have been trying to dial in my new Gaggia Classic Pro, (I was a barista for 7+ years so have experience ) this grinder is made with a piñon the wheel internally so it clicks to each grind setting .Personally Ive found is impossible to dial in a grind that runs with my GCP and VST basket. the grind is either too fine and clogging the basket or too rough and Im getting a tsunami of flow theres no inbetween and without doing the mod taking the pin out that clicks and making it more free, the grinder just isnt usable for me, . I know everyone's machines and baskets and tastes are different, but for trying to really dial in a perfect shot, flow rate and pressure in the basket- this grinder is trying to shoot way above its weight and failing. Ill replace with another grinder, I took a chance as I loved the aesthetic and loved the videos online, but its not great for espresso, Ill keep for pour overs as its rougher grind is not as bad as its fine grind .

Excellent grinder at this price range, is very consistent and easy to clean too. If you don’t have hundreds and hundreds to spend on a grinder but want a consistent grind look no further.

I highly recommend this product and thank the Di Pacci team for sending it so fast and offering this machine for about $150 less than I could find it anywhere else. Will be using them again when I need to.
