How to Hire
Hiring a coffee machine from Dipacci Coffee Company is simple. Contact our friendly team to discuss your requirements, and we’ll guide you through the selection process. Once you’ve chosen the perfect machine, we’ll arrange delivery, setup, and provide all necessary training and support.
**Important: All Coffee Machine Rental will require Refundable Bond of $500. Carts or Machines also needs to be picked up and dropped off. Bond will be refunded upon returning the machine or cart.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
Faulty Products
Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
"Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law ("Consumer Guarantees").
