Di Pacci's coffee training room at our Sydney Roselands facility is available to book by the session — giving you private access to a fully equipped commercial espresso setup to practise, train your team, or dial in your skills at your own pace. The room is set up with commercial-grade espresso machines and grinders, the same equipment used in our nationally recognised barista training courses. Whether you're a home barista refining your technique, a café owner training new staff, or a group looking for a hands-on coffee experience — the room is yours for the session.

Sessions accommodate up to 6 people. BYO coffee beans, milk, and consumables. All machines, grinders, and equipment are provided. Call (02) 9758 0760 to confirm your preferred booking time before purchasing.

Frequently Asked Questions
No prior experience is required to book the room — it is open to all skill levels from complete beginners to experienced baristas. If you are brand new to espresso and want guided instruction rather than self-directed practice, Di Pacci's barista training courses (1-on-1 or group class) may be a better starting point. Both options are available to book — contact us on (02) 9758 0760 for advice on which suits you best.
BYO coffee beans, milk, and any specific consumables you want to use. All machines, grinders, scales, tampers, portafilters, and cleaning equipment are provided in the room. Di Pacci's on-site store stocks a full range of coffee beans, milk jugs, tampers, baskets, and accessories — so if you forget anything or want to pick something up before your session, the store is right there.
Call Di Pacci on (02) 9758 0760 or email support@dipacci.com.au to check availability and confirm your preferred date and time before purchasing online. Sessions are subject to availability and the room may be in use for scheduled barista training courses. We recommend confirming at least 24–48 hours in advance for weekday sessions, and further in advance for weekends.
The training room hire is self-directed — no trainer is assigned to your session. You have private access to the room and equipment for your booked duration. If you would like guided instruction from a Di Pacci barista trainer, our 1-on-1 barista training sessions ($249 per person) are available separately and include hands-on coaching from an experienced trainer. Both can be booked via (02) 9758 0760.
The training room is located at Di Pacci's Sydney Roselands showroom — 97–99 Chapel St, Roselands NSW 2196. Street parking is available nearby.
