Our rental service covers automatic bean-to-cup machines for small teams right through to high-volume commercial OCS systems for larger offices. We deliver, install, provide staff training, and handle ongoing maintenance. You just fill the beans and press the button.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.

Faulty Products

Of course, nothing in this returns policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") (or any liability under them) which by law may not be limited or excluded. If you are a "consumer" under the ACL, the following notice applies to you:
