  4. Return: drop the machine back at the store after your hire, and your bond is refunded.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
