Well-built and reliable product, as known in the coffee machine market.
Highly recommended for an espresso setup, but it may not be suitable for drip coffee.
I was really satisfied with how quickly DI PACCI shipped my order.

Eureka Mignon Specialita 55 Coffee Grinder PREORDER

Marvellous

It delivers everything I hoped it would. It grinds consistently without clumping and doesn't wander from the grind setting I have chosen, which my Niche Zero started doing. It's simple to use, well built of strong metal. My only negative remark is that the hopper could have been much better quality plastic. It does the job but is not the quality expected with such a well built grinder.

Very nice unit. Quiet, effective, and easy to use.

I've been using this grinder for about a month now and am very happy with it.

I have a small issue with the touch screen in that it doesn't seem to be lined up very well, meaning that I have to touch closer to the edge of the screen as opposed to directly on the icons to make changes to the timing. But now that I know that, I've calibrated my touch and all is good.

It holds on to the portafilter well while grinding so one can go fully handsfree.
I love that it allows you to 'pause' the grinder partway through a timed dose. That way I can give the portafilter a quick knock to level the grind preventing it from spilling over the edges - keeping the area cleaner.

It's nice and heavy. The feet are grippy. It looks good, is quiet and Works great!

I'd highly recommend it.

When ordering from DIPACCI, you need to know that they are based in Australia and not NZ. When I ordered my home espresso setup, it was guaranteed to arrive within 2 days, but took over two weeks. So, don't be in a rush when ordering. Also, consider your local shops - even if it means you have to spend a bit more. So far, the aftersale service has been great, with DIPACCI, but I wish I had known they weren't NZ based before placing the order with them.

Great grinder that produces amazing quality ground coffee.

The only downside is the thing is messy when using smaller 51mm portafilters so had to also buy a small dosing cup to transfer the grounds.

Bought this grinder to replace a 12 year old "mini-Macho" which has served us well. I'd read the reviews on how quiet this is - and was still amazed when I turned it on for the first time. Probably as quiet as a grinder can get. Looks good on the bench, and the timed countdown works well. Grinds a double shot dose of coffee very quickly (10 seconds) and no clumping.
Only issue so far has been spilling some coffee grinds at the end of each grind - as the act of removing the portafilter from the holder causes the top of the mound of coffee to spill over if you're not careful. Probably a bit of practice / adjusting the holder will solve that. Overall, a great machine.

Great bang for buck. Quick and quiet. I wasn’t sure about going doserless but pretty happy with it except it needs a dosing funnel which I’ve ordered. Looks great next to my Rocket! Thanks for the great service in NZ.

What a brilliant little grinder. Fast, and consistent, makes it easy to dial in a good shot quickly, especially with a preset tamper. Dipacci are excellent t9 de winoods arrive quickly every time

I ordered the Eureka Mignon during their Christmas sale and was very happy with the price! Some processing delays due to my order coming right in the middle of Australia's Omicron peak, but totally understandable and I received multiple reassurances from Michael Rababi himself that any issues would be sorted as quickly as possible. I was a little apprehensive to be ordering out of Australia, but everything arrived safe and sound in New Zealand and I'm definitely happy to have ordered from Di Pacci.

The Eureka Mignon Specialita is performing wonderfully, very fluffy and beautifully free flowing grinds. I had some issues with static causing flyaway grinds, but finer grinding and softer tamping resolved all static issues. My workflow has been drastically improved with the timing function and am often only +/- 0.3gm from my target 18gm dose. Compared to the Mazzers I've had in the past this is a major QOL improvement and looks great on the counter top.

I purchased the Eureka after a bit of research as an upgrade to an inbuilt grinder. The Eureka is a significant improvement over my old grinder the the coffee grinds it produces are clump free and fluffy. It has also improved the taste of the coffee making it more balanced and smoother to the taste. I have found that I can now obtain better extraction times and results. Note, that compared to my old grinder, it also shows up any flaws in coffee beans being used, such as beans that are becoming a little stale, etc. But it nevertheless provides far greater flexibility and even with older coffee beans, it still allows me to extract a reasonable espresso.

The grind consistency has made a huge difference in my shots. Highly recommend.

Very Quiet, but didn't seem as fast as others claim, but a quick email, and DiPacci sorted it out very quickly!
Extremely fast shipping from Di Pacci too!
