Meet The Head Of The BZ10 Team

Bezzera is an Italian espresso machine manufacturer that does things differently: they construct their own internal components as opposed to purchasing components from other companies and basing their machines on them.

The Bezzera-designed BZ10 group head is equipped with two heating elements and a thermostat. Not only does it heat up in less than ten minutes (nearly twice as quickly as E61 groups), but it also maintains a consistent temperature for as long as the machine is on.

And unlike the E61 group, which uses mechanical parts to draw shots, the BZ10 is entirely electronic, requiring no maintenance to remain fully functional.
Using The Bezzera BZ10 Coffee Maker To Pull Shots

The commercial-grade 58mm portafilter makes preparing espresso feel natural and effortless. The 1.5L heat exchange boiler provides a constant supply of hot water for simultaneously drawing shots and steaming milk. A 3L water tank consistently refills the boiler so that it can operate continuously.

The 3-way solenoid valve, a feature typically reserved for high-end machines, ensures that water flow begins and ceases precisely when required. No dripping after the shot, less mess, and a better aim.

Effective as a Charm

The Bezzera BZ20's steam and hot water nozzles are equipped with toggle switches (rather than knobs) for quick and versatile control. A dual-needle gauge on the machine's front panel displays the furnace and pump pressures at all times.

A cup warmer atop the machine, clad in stainless steel, prevents you from ever pulling a shot into a chilly mug.

And to conclude, the BZ10 as a whole has a surprisingly small footprint — nearly 20% smaller than comparable-priced E61 machines — making it a perfect fit for kitchens of all sizes.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date.
