Can the Duo be plumbed in?

Yes — the Duo can run from its 4L internal tank or be plumbed directly into a water line, selectable on the machine. It also has a water-filter alarm and maintenance cycles to help protect the boilers. Our team can advise on and carry out plumbing during installation.

What does the flow control option add?

The optional E61 flow-control device lets you adjust water flow and pressure during the shot by turning a paddle — pre-infuse low, ramp up, then taper towards the end. It's useful for improving sweetness, controlling channelling and profiling light or specialty roasts. It's an add-on at checkout if you'd like that capability.

Do I need a grinder, and what warranty and support apply?

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
