The Carimali Nimble 1 Group is a compact commercial espresso machine that runs from a standard 10 amp power point, made for small cafes, carts and offices that still need proper steam.

The Carimali Nimble 1 Group is a heat-exchanger espresso machine with a 4 litre steam boiler, thermosyphon circulation to keep the group hot, and an 1800 W element that draws comfortably under 10 amps on a 230 V supply. It connects to mains water, so the boiler refills itself and there's no tank to top up during service.

At 39 cm wide and 34 kg, it fits where a full-size commercial machine won't: a coffee cart, a kiosk, an office kitchen or the end of a restaurant bar. Shots are run from a 5-button keypad that casual staff pick up quickly, and it comes in black or white.

How Thermosyphon Keeps the Group Hot

On a heat-exchanger machine, the group head needs to stay at brewing temperature even when you haven't pulled a shot for a while. The Nimble does it with physics rather than a pump.

  • Water heated by the boiler rises through a pipe into the group head.
  • As it gives up heat to the group, it cools, becomes denser and flows back down to the heat exchanger.
  • That loop runs continuously while the machine is on, so the group stays warm and ready.

The result is a group that's ready for the first shot of a quiet afternoon as well as the morning rush, with fewer moving parts to service.
