We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost. We have been roasting single origin beans at home for a few years now and decided to try a blend for a much needed break from roasting and to try them through a newly purchased high-end coffee machine. All of 4 flavours of coffee beans were excellent. They were either deep and intense roast like the ‘after dark’ line. Or the Sydney road was caramel and fruity’.
