The Expobar Ruggero 2.0 is a copper-boiler cafe machine built to order in the colour of your choice, from a compact 1 group to a 4 group, with an optional multi-boiler setup.

The Expobar Ruggero 2.0 uses a 99.9% copper boiler with a heat exchanger for each group, a rotary pump and programmable volumetric dosing with manual override. Its body panels are custom painted in any colour you choose, so the machine can match your fit-out exactly. You can choose standard or high groups, and from 2 groups up there is a multi-boiler option that adds a 1.5 L coffee boiler for each group.

Because every Ruggero is built to order, allow up to two weeks before delivery; call us before ordering so we can confirm colour, group height and lead time. The heat-exchanger version suits most cafes pouring one house blend. The multi-boiler version gives each group its own brew boiler for more temperature stability when the machine is working hard.

Heat Exchanger or Multi Boiler?

Every Ruggero 2.0 has a copper main boiler. The choice is how brew water is heated.

  • Heat exchanger (standard): water for each shot is heated as it passes through the main boiler. Simple, proven and cost-effective.
  • Multi boiler: each group gets its own 1.5 L coffee boiler, separate from the steam boiler.
  • Multi boiler holds brew temperature better through long, busy runs and heavy milk use.

Most single-blend cafes are well served by the heat-exchanger version; choose multi boiler if you run high volume or want tighter control of brew temperature.
