The Expobar Ruggero Barista Minore is a dual boiler E61 espresso machine with PID, made to order in the automotive colour of your choice.

The Expobar Barista Minore has two 1.5 litre boilers, one for brewing and one for steam, so you can pull a shot and steam milk at the same time. A digital PID sets the brew temperature, and the classic E61 group gives you familiar, thermally stable extraction.

It comes in two versions: a Tank model with a vibratory pump and a 2.75 litre water tank, or a Plumbed model with a rotary pump that can run from the tank or a mains water connection. Each machine is custom made to order: choose any automotive colour available in Australia and add a sign such as your logo or slogan. Lead time can be up to 21 days.
