Di Pacci — Limited Edition Espresso Machine, Grinder & Accessories Bundle

Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary + Baratza Forté AP Bundle

The Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary + Baratza Forté AP Bundle gives you a flow-control machine that rewards a precise dose and a grinder that weighs every dose for you, in one matched black-and-steel setup.

This bundle puts the Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary alongside the Baratza Forté AP, with the accessories you'd otherwise buy in the first week. The Bianca 40th is limited to 1986 machines worldwide, each numbered into the steel. Beneath the anniversary finish it carries the full PL162T package: dual boilers, a rotary pump, dual PID and the patented flow-control paddle. The Forté AP grinds on 54mm Ditting ceramic flat burrs and stops at your target dose to ±0.2g through its built-in scale. Rounding it out are a Precision black milk jug, a Precision black knock box and four Precision gloss black espresso cups.

The pairing works because flow control punishes inconsistency. Once you're shaping pressure on the paddle, a dose that wanders by half a gram changes the shot more than anything you do with your hand. With the Forté holding the dose steady and offering 260 repeatable grind settings, the only variables left are the ones you're choosing to change. It also grinds to weight for filter and plunger, so the one grinder covers every method in the house.

What's in the Bianca + Forté Bundle

☕ Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary

The limited PL162T with numbered steel and Zebrano wood. You can shape the pressure curve by hand, and the dual boilers let you brew and steam at once.

⚖️ Baratza Forté AP

A 54mm ceramic flat burr grinder with a built-in scale and three presets, covering espresso through to press pot.

🥛 Precision Black Milk Jug

Matte black stainless with a deep, tapered spout for latte art. It's the jug you'll reach for every morning with the Bianca's 1.5L steam boiler.

🗑️ Precision Black Knock Box

A stainless core with a removable rubber knock bar and non-slip base. It holds around 20 pucks.

☕ 4 × Precision Black Espresso Cups

Gloss black ceramic cups that match the rest of the set and are sized for espresso and short milk drinks.

🎁 Bianca's Own Accessories

The Bianca's standard kit comes too: bottomless portafilter, baskets, blind filter, tamper, water softener and plumb-in fittings.

Why Flow Control Needs a Weighing Grinder

A flow-control machine lets you change how water meets the puck during the shot. That only means something if the puck is the same from one shot to the next. Dose is the variable that drifts first: grinding by time shifts with roast, freshness and grind setting. The Forté takes dose off the list, and the Bianca's paddle and manometer handle the rest. In practice:

  • Set an 18g preset on the Forté and grind to weight at ±0.2g. For grinding straight into the portafilter, convert it to a timed dose accurate to ±0.5g.
  • Pull the shot on the Bianca with a low-pressure opening on the paddle, ramp to full pressure, then taper the finish while you watch the group manometer
  • Change one thing at a time, either a grind step or a pressure profile, knowing the dose hasn't moved underneath you

The payoff is faster dialling in and shots you can repeat. Light roasts and single origins, the coffees people buy a Bianca for, need both a stable dose and a shaped curve before they open up. This bundle gives you both from day one.

Bundle vs Buying Separately

The products and warranties are the same either way. The bundle brings the machine, grinder and accessories together at one package price:

Item Bought Separately In the Bundle
Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary $4,899 Included
Baratza Forté AP $1,199 Included
Precision jug, knock box & 4 cups Sold separately Included

Di Pacci recommendation: If you want the Bianca 40th and don't own a serious grinder yet, this is the way to buy it. If you already have a Niche, DF64 or similar and only make espresso, don't bother with the bundle. Buy the Bianca 40th on its own and put the difference into beans.

Add to the Setup

The bundle covers brewing, grinding and milk. These are worth adding:

Add-On Type Why it pairs well
Baratza Single Dose Hopper (Flat) Grinder accessory Swap the bulk hopper for single dosing if you rotate beans often
Extra Precision Black Jug Milk jug A second size, 150ml for piccolos or 1L for several lattes, in the same finish

Browse the complete milk jug range for more options.

Who This Bundle Is For

✓ Ideal if you:
  • Want the Bianca 40th and need a grinder good enough to match it
  • Are an intermediate-to-advanced barista ready to work with flow control
  • Want every dose weighed without a separate scale
  • Make espresso and filter, and want one grinder for both
  • Make multiple milk drinks daily
  • Would rather set up once, in one matched finish
✗ Consider alternatives if you:
  • Already own a quality grinder. Buy the Bianca 40th on its own.
  • Prefer stepless, low-retention single dosing. See the Bianca + Niche Zero bundle.
  • Are a beginner. Start with the Lelit Anna.
  • Have limited bench space. Together they need about 420mm of width and 500mm of depth.

Lelit Bianca 40th + Baratza Forté AP Bundle — Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in the Bianca 40th + Forté AP bundle?

The Lelit Bianca 40th Anniversary, the Baratza Forté AP grinder, a Precision black milk jug, a Precision black knock box and four Precision gloss black espresso cups. The machine and grinder also come with their standard accessories, including the Bianca's bottomless portafilter, tamper and plumb-in kit.

Can I choose my Bianca 40th serial number?

We can't guarantee a specific number, but we'll tell you what's in our current allocation before you order. Call us on (02) 9758 0760.

Is the Forté AP good enough for the Bianca?

Yes. It grinds on 54mm Ditting ceramic flat burrs across the full espresso range, with 260 stepped settings for fine dialling. Its weighed dosing to ±0.2g suits flow profiling well, because it keeps the dose steady while you change the pressure curve.

Can I swap a component in the bundle?

Yes, within reason. If you'd prefer a different grinder or accessory, call us on (02) 9758 0760 and we'll price the alternative. We also offer a Bianca + Niche Zero bundle.

Do I need special power points for the bundle?

No. Both the Bianca and the Forté AP run on standard 10 amp outlets, so you'll need two ordinary power points and no dedicated circuit.

Is the warranty the same as buying separately?

Yes. The machine and the grinder each carry a 12-month parts and labour warranty through Di Pacci, and our in-house service team holds parts for both.

Does everything ship together?

Orders placed before 2PM dispatch the same day with tracked delivery. If anything in the bundle ships separately, we'll let you know at dispatch.
