What's the difference between the brushed and polished William finishes?

The two finishes are visually different but mechanically identical. The Brushed Stainless Steel ($849) has a satin matte finish that hides fingerprints and minor wear over time. The Polished Stainless Steel ($899) is mirror-finished for a striking premium look but shows fingerprints more readily. Both have the same 64mm burrs, motor, and 24-month warranty.

Is the William suitable for filter coffee or only espresso?

The William is engineered specifically for espresso — its 64mm flat burrs and stepless adjustment range are tuned for the fine grind sizes espresso requires. While you can technically grind for filter coffee, you'll get better results from a dedicated filter grinder for pour over, AeroPress, or French press. Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
