The Macap MC4 Deli is a compact Italian grinder for cafes, roasters and delis that grind bags of coffee to order for customers.

The Macap MC4 Deli uses 58 mm flat burrs turning at 1400 rpm to grind coffee straight into a bag or container, rather than dosing into a portafilter. Its grind adjustment is stepped, which makes it quick to return to set grinds for plunger, filter, moka pot or espresso, and it runs in a black finish.
