"Mixed Bag" Grinder: Producing Perfect Grind, but Imperfectly Designed and Overpriced

This grinder is capable of producing a very consistent grind with zero retention. I use it for making espresso only. Clarity, good balance of bitter, sweet and sour tones, and fine distinction in taste nuances could make it easily recommended for coffee enthusiasts. However, its bulky size, weight, discomfort in holding while grinding, and inconvenient way of filling a portafilter gives such a recommendation considerable reservations. Pietro Add-on Pack, which partially improves its negative sides, can be purchased at a substantial price instead of being provided for free of charge that to improve the grinder's imperfect design, in particular, given that the grinder is overpriced. Can I recommend it? Initially, I was thinking about returning the grinder and requesting full refund, but finally decided to keep it. I would appreciate receiving add-on pack free of charge as a right action from the manufacturer and the seller.

A manual grinder built like a tank with logical grind controls that easily grinds from Turkish to
Pourover. I love this machine that I can so easily disassemble for cleaning and assemble again for grinding. Bear in mind there is very little retention in the Pietro. I can throughly recommend this grinder to who is interested in a upscale manual grinder and will recommend Di Pacci Coffee as a distributor.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
