Installation & Site Requirements

The Spirit Duette is a plumbed, three-phase commercial machine and must be installed by a licensed technician and electrician. Free commercial installation is available for Sydney metro areas; installations outside Sydney metro or interstate can be arranged by phone, with charges applying. Before delivery, check that you have suitable three-phase power at the machine position, a mains water connection with a filtration system, floor or bench drainage, and enough bench depth and overhead clearance for the machine and its hopper-height cup rail. What does "Duette" mean on a Kees van der Westen Spirit?

Duette is Kees van der Westen's name for the two-group version of the Spirit. The three-group version is called the Triplette. The Duette carries a smaller steam boiler than the Triplette but the same dedicated coffee boiler for each group.

Is a pre-loved Spirit Duette a safe purchase?
