Di Pacci — Thermoblock Espresso Machine with Built-In Grinder

Quick Mill Pegaso EVO Stainless Steel Coffee Machine

The Quick Mill Pegaso EVO puts a thermoblock espresso machine and a burr grinder in one polished steel body, so beans to cup happens on a single footprint.

The Quick Mill Pegaso EVO is a compact espresso machine with Quick Mill's metal thermoblock, double thermostatic control and a safety thermal fuse. It reaches brewing temperature in about two minutes, and a brew pressure gauge on the front shows what's happening during the shot.

Its party trick is the built-in grinder: a low-speed burr grinder with adjustable grind and electronic dosing sits inside the same mirror-polished stainless body, so you don't need a separate grinder on the bench. It's a single-circuit thermoblock, not a dual boiler, so you brew first and then steam; the steam supply is unlimited because the thermoblock heats water as it flows. It is made in Italy and runs on a standard 10 amp power point.

Key Features of the Quick Mill Pegaso EVO

⚙️ Grinder built in

The low-speed burr grinder with electronic dosing saves bench space and the cost of a separate grinder.

⚡ Fast thermoblock heating

The metal thermoblock heats water on demand, so you're ready to brew in about two minutes.

☁️ Unlimited steam and hot water

Because water is heated as it flows, steam and hot water don't run out mid-jug.

📊 Brew pressure gauge

The gauge shows extraction pressure, which makes it easier to tell when your grind needs adjusting.

🔇 Pulsor pressure stabiliser

Quick Mill's Pulsor smooths the pump's pressure and lowers its noise.

🪞 Polished stainless body

The whole body is mirror-polished stainless steel, made in Italy.

Thermoblock Plus Grinder: What It Changes

Most home setups need a machine and a separate grinder, and a boiler machine needs time to heat. The Pegaso EVO changes both.

  • The thermoblock heats only the water passing through it, so there's no large boiler to warm up.
  • The grinder sits inside the machine, grinding fresh beans straight into the portafilter.
  • Steaming happens after brewing, from the same thermoblock, with no limit on steam time.

It's a fast, tidy way into fresh-ground espresso for one or two people. If you want to brew and steam at the same time, step up to a heat-exchanger or dual boiler machine.
