The Sanremo You, a single group, double boiler coffee maker with a suite of software capable of giving you the extraction statistics as you brew, is causing quite a stir in coffee forums around the world. The Sanremo espresso machine was designed primarily for coffee enthusiasts who want a strong machine to play with at home. It is packed with features that enable the barista complete control over the parameters. The You, which was first presented at the Milan Host 2021, is scheduled to go on sale in 2022.

The front paddle
The Paddle is one of the most fascinating aspects of the You. This front lever controls the pressure, allowing you to design custom profiles for just about everything you'll brew on this machine. The curves produced by your flow control are immediately visible on the machine's LCD display. Have you come across a profile that you like? You can quickly save that new recipe by using the touchscreen smartly placed on top of the group head.

Temperature and pressure controls that are electronic
Another way to look at Sanremo The electronic temperature and pressure controls offer a high level of precision in your brewing operation. While combined with the internal double boiler, you can expect consistent water temperature and pressure output even when pulling shots back to back.

Sanremo appears to be on a roll with gorgeous coffee machines, having just released the Cube and, soon, the You. The Sanremo You has a rounder form that retains a strong geometric appeal, as opposed to the Cube's harsh, clear edges. But it's not just about looks; some design choices for the You make it more delightful and functional to use. Starting with the touchscreen panel on top of the group head, the water and steam start/stop levers, and access to the inside of the machine via an unobtrusive back flap.

An outstanding home coffee machine that rivals most of the high end machines out there. Manual and automatic pressure profiling with 24 presets, 18 customizable, allow you to save all your favourites. It also looks very classy on my kitchen bench and definitely has a wow factor. Thanks to DiPacci for delivering this as quickly as they could

First of all big thank you to Di Pacci for getting the machine to me so quickly. This replaced my trusty LaMarzocco GS3 AV and was a tough call to make.
The You is a great machine, allowing full control, from the use of the paddle to the the customised profiles you can set.
It gets up to temp very quickly as has great stable temp control.
Steam pressure is also brilliant with good strong dry steam.
My main 2 disappointments are
1: The drip tray is not deep enough and the cover over the release valve blocks deep cups from fitting well
2: The noisy fan that kicks in. I do hope sanremo come up with a silent replacement fan for this machine

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date.
