What is the natural process?

In the natural (dry) process, the coffee cherries are dried whole with the fruit still on the bean, rather than washing the fruit off first. This adds fruity sweetness, body and aromatic complexity to the cup.

How should I brew it?

It's at its best as pour-over and filter, where its floral and fruit notes have room to express, and AeroPress works beautifully too. It also makes a bright, fruit-forward espresso. As a bright coffee it suits slightly hotter water and a medium grind for filter.

We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost.
