The Synesso S200 gives every group its own brew boiler and temperature, in the simplest, most service-friendly machine Synesso makes.

The Synesso S200 is a 2 group multi-boiler commercial espresso machine built in Seattle. Each group has its own 1.9 litre brew boiler with programmable temperature, fed alongside a 7.7 litre steam boiler, so one group can run a light single origin while the other runs the house blend. One-tap volumetric programming stores two doses per group, and pre-infusion is programmable per group from the outboard controller.

The S Series is Synesso's straightforward line: the same boilers, temperature stability and build as its bigger machines, with fewer moving parts to learn or service. Cool-touch steam wands sit on both sides, a programmable hot water tap sits between the groups, and an automatic backflush setting makes the nightly clean quick.
