The Aillio Bullet R2 is a compact induction roaster built for home roasters and small-batch operators who want genuine control over their roast, not just a "start and hope" machine. With a 1kg batch capacity, 10 power stages and real-time infrared bean and drum temperature feedback, it lets you develop and repeat precise roast profiles rather than relying on guesswork.

Designed in Denmark and built in Taiwan, the Bullet R2 is an update to Aillio's original Bullet R1, adding more power, Aillio's FlowSense airflow management, a revised control panel and easier-to-clean internals. Every roast can be recorded as a digital profile and replayed later, so once you've dialled in a roast you like, you can reproduce it batch after batch.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
