Ascaso Factory S.L. has been building espresso machines in Barcelona since 1962, originally manufacturing spare parts for espresso equipment — a heritage that gives the company an unusually deep understanding of every component inside the machines they build. The Dream PID's aluminium and stainless steel thermoblock system — with a 100% AISI 316 stainless steel water circuit — heats fresh water on demand in approximately 3–4 minutes from cold, delivers continuous unlimited steam with constant pressure, and resists limescale buildup without the maintenance demands of a traditional copper boiler. PID temperature control holds brewing temperature to ±1.5°C, adjustable in 1°C increments with offset programming to calibrate for temperature drop between thermoblock and cup.

The Dream PID's volumetric programming lets you set programmable pre-infusion (0–5 seconds), single shot, double shot, and auto-standby. The adjustable OPV (over-pressure valve) is externally accessible, factory-set at 9 bar. Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
