A demo Wally Milk from our Training Room — La Marzocco's automatic milk steamer that frees up a barista's hands during busy service, paired here with a new steam box so it can run independently of your espresso machine.

Wally Milk automatically scans a filled pitcher, adjusting steam quantity to milk volume with no measuring or special technique required. Multiple sensors track temperature and consistency so every pour comes out the same, whether it's your first customer of the day or your hundredth. Baristas simply place a filled pitcher on the tiltable tray and Wally takes it from there, freeing them up to focus on the next order or the customer in front of them.
