The Expobar EX3 3 Group, now sold under the Crem name, is a PID-controlled café machine with high groups for takeaway cups and the bench width to run three baristas at once.

The Expobar EX3 3 Group pairs a 17.5 litre copper boiler with PID temperature control, volumetric dosing with a display and shot timer on each group, and a built-in rotary pump. It comes with high (take-away) groups, two cool-touch steam wands and an electronic hot water outlet.

Crem, the Spanish company that makes Expobar machines, designed the EX3 around barista workflow: a group flush button for quick purges, electronically controlled pre-infusion, dual pressure gauges and an automatic group cleaning cycle. At 990 mm wide and 74 kg it needs a solid bench and a commercial electrical supply, so it suits busy venues rather than small kiosks.
