The Mahlkönig E64 WS is Mahlkönig's espresso grinder for the home. 64 mm special steel flat burrs idle at 1,950 rpm, a built-in scale handles grind by weight to 0.1 g, and Mahlkönig's patented Disc Distance Detection measures the gap between the burrs in microns. It's 15.4 cm wide with an approx. 250 g hopper.

Grind by Sync is the other headline: the E64 WS can adjust its burr distance electronically, either by hand or automatically to match the extraction time in your recipe, using the Mahlkönig Sync app with Sync-enabled devices such as the Mahlkönig Sync Scale (sold separately). It's a hopper-fed grinder rather than a single-dose design, available in Matte Black or Matte White.
