The Mazzer Major VP brings Mazzer's 83 mm Major burr set into an on-demand grinder with programmable doses, hands-free activation and twin cooling fans.

The Mazzer Major VP is a commercial on-demand espresso grinder with 83 mm high-carbon steel flat burrs, a 650 W high-torque asynchronous motor turning at 900 rpm, and stepless micrometric adjustment. Single, double and triple doses are programmable to a hundredth of a second, and a 1.6 kg hopper sits on top.

It's built for cafes that want big-burr consistency without a doser: you rest the portafilter in the adjustable fork, press it against the activation button and the dose drops straight in. Electronic double-fan cooling keeps the grind steady through a rush, the Memory Track System lets you return to a setting after cleaning, and the display tracks dose counts and alerts you when service or new burrs are due.
