Getting Started

Brew Your First Carafe

1. Fill the reservoir. Add fresh cold water to your desired level — use the small/large element switch to match your batch size.

2. Add a #4 filter and ground coffee. A medium-coarse filter grind works best. As a starting ratio, use around 60g of coffee per litre of water and adjust to taste.

3. Switch on. The Select heats the water and feeds it through the 9-hole spray arm automatically — a full carafe takes just 5–6 minutes.

4. Let the carafe mix. The mixing lid blends the brew as it drips, so there's no need to stir. Pour and enjoy.

5. Keep it warm — or not. The hot plate holds serving temperature and switches off after 40 minutes. For the cleanest flavour, decant and serve fresh.

Customer Error Returns:
We are able to return the product for a refund if the packaging remains intact and the item has not been unboxed. Kindly notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery. If your item is unused and unboxed, we can issue a refund, minus a restocking & handling fee of 30% of the invoiced value, provided that we are notified within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned at store or shipped by customer at their own cost. The refund or credit will be processed after the item has been returned and inspected to ensure that it is in re sellable condition. The product needs to be returned safely by the customer.
