The improved thermal system brings the machine to optimal brewing temperature quickly, while the heat exchanger boiler ensures you can brew and steam simultaneously without sacrificing performance on either front.

Mozzafiato / Giotto Fast R — Rotary Pump The rotary variant operates at even lower noise levels and gives you the flexibility to run from the reservoir or connect directly to a mains water supply — ideal for dedicated coffee setups or high-frequency home use.
