The Sanremo Café Racer 2 Group Naked Black is a multi-boiler cafe machine with an exposed, motorbike-inspired frame, and this one is brand new from a cancelled order.

The Sanremo Café Racer is a multi-boiler commercial machine: each group has its own 1 L coffee boiler, fed by a 1 L preheat boiler, with a dedicated 8 L steam boiler for milk. Each group can be set individually from its touch controls, with programmable pre-infusion and a digital display for temperature and pressure. The Naked version leaves the frame and mechanicals on show, here in black.

This unit was ordered for a cafe that never opened. It is brand new, never put into service and has only been run up for testing. Independent group boilers are the reason to choose a Café Racer over a traditional single-boiler machine: you can run a different brew temperature on each group, say one for your house blend and one for a light single origin.
