ECM Technika PID Custom Sky Blue

The ECM Technika PID Custom Sky Blue is a brand-new, one-of-one Technika: ECM's German-built heat-exchanger flagship in a colour nobody else has.

The ECM Technika PID is a heat-exchanger espresso machine with a 2.1 litre stainless steel boiler, an E61 group, a near-silent rotary pump and a PID that sets boiler temperature and doubles as a shot timer. A 3 litre tank or a direct plumbed connection can be used, switching between them without tools.

This particular machine started life as a custom order in sky blue that was cancelled, so it's brand new, unused and genuinely one of one. Everything inside is standard Technika: lever-operated steam and hot water valves, twin pressure gauges and ECM's hand assembly in Germany, so service and parts are exactly as for any other Technika.
